Black Neon Tetra

Hyphessobrycon herbertaxelrodi. These mid-sized tetras are named for their resemblance to the Neon tetra, Paracheirodon innesi. They are hardier than Neon and Cardinal tetras, and grow slightly larger, to about 2.5". These tetras are quite peaceful and mix well with many larger or smaller fishes in community aquaria.
